NDAA and NCDA Merge

The National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) and the National College of District Attorneys (NCDA) are merging.  The NDAA members and its Board of Directors approved the merger on November 5, 2005. The merger was perhaps as inevitable as it will be beneficial.

In 1970, the NCDA was created to provide continuing legal education and training for specifically tailored for prosecuting attorneys.  In April 1998, the NDAA opened the National Advocacy Center, located in Columbia, South Carolina.  The facility, located on the grounds of the University of South Carolina, is without peer in its state-of-the-art technical offerings and courses.

The NDAA offers excellent training for prosecutors under the supervision of experienced prosecutors, in high-tech courtroom surroundings. Scholarships are available to cover travel, lodging and tuition expenses.  For more information, visit the NDAA website at: http://www.ndaa.org/
